About Us
Jonathan is the co-owner of GML. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and during his 30 years of practice has worked for large city law firms (Denton Hall and Baker & McKenzie) and also worked in house (Head of Legal at ITN and Head of Business Affairs at Granada).
Lisette Black is the co-owner of GML. She qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and during her 30 years of practice has worked in private practice for Denton Hall, and worked in-house for Endemol, and Head of Business Affairs at Betty.
Primarily we aim to fill the gap for clients who don't have an in-house lawyer, and who wish to engage a lawyer on an ad-hoc basis without paying city/west end rates.
We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and hold professional indemnity insurance of £3 million.
